WordPress to Webflow Migration with custom CMS-based JS calendar

In this project, I was tasked with migrating a WordPress website to Webflow for a non-profit organization based in Georgia.

Throughout the process, I maintained regular contact with the organizer to ensure a smooth transition. We also discussed and implemented several layout and functionality changes to enhance user experience.

During the migration, I optimized various technical aspects to improve page speed and resolved numerous responsive issues to ensure a consistent experience across all devices.

In addition to the migration, the project deliverables included:

Custom CMS-based JavaScript calendars with details for each selected day for each garage

Complete localization in two languages

Page speed and responsive improvements

Migration of a CMS-based blog

A custom, step-by-step video tutorial on how to edit calendar dates, translations, and both static and dynamic content
