QuickSpark: Built & Launched in Just 4 Months

As CTO & Co-Founder, I joined QuickSpark at its early concept stage. The project had no clear strategy, just a few UI screens, and required full development from the ground up. Within 4 months, I led the creation of a fully functional, scalable app for iOS & Android, allowing users to improve their confidence and social skills through interactive content.

I architected, developed, and deployed QuickSpark, ensuring its technical stability, scalability, and ease of management for non-technical teams.

Backend Development (Laravel) → Built a robust content management system (CMS) from scratch.

Native iOS & Android Development → Developed the app in Swift (iOS) & Java (Android) for optimal performance.

Influencer & Psychologist Portals → Created dedicated panels for managing bookings, referrals, and earnings.

Affiliate & Referral System → Developed custom influencer referral tracking.

Admin Panel for Marketing & Content Teams → Built an intuitive self-service dashboard to allow direct content management.

Server Deployment & Maintenance → Configured infrastructure from scratch for performance & security.

App Store & Play Store Setup → Managed developer accounts & ensured compliance with Apple & Google policies.

Email Marketing Automation → Integrated OneSignal for targeted email campaigns.

Date Planner Feature → Developed an interactive date planning tool that suggests date ideas based on: Budget- Location -Type of experience -User preferences

Short Courses & Progress Tracking → Structured multi-level courses with: Video completion tracking- Progress indicators - Personalized recommendations

Text-to-Speech Integration → Implemented ChatGPT API to convert text into natural-sounding audio, enabling users to listen to advice, lessons, and tips instead of just reading.

Seamless Audio Playback → Integrated the audio feature within the app’s UX, ensuring smooth playback and accessibility for users who prefer listening over reading.

As CTO, I continued leading technical development for a year, adding new features and ensuring smooth operations. However, over time, new features were being added without a data-driven approach, and key strategic decisions were influenced by external opinions rather than actual user needs.

🚨 Key takeaway: A solid roadmap and clear business vision are essential for long-term growth. While continuous iteration is valuable, features must align with user demand and market viability. Recognising that the project was not taking a sustainable path, I decided to step away after successfully delivering a functional, scalable, and market-ready product.
