About the Project:

I assisted a Support Worker business in creating templates for her business that are easier to use to save her time.

Our Process / What We Did:

DW runs her own business as a Support Worker and she needed help in creating some documents that can help her save time especially with invoicing. She sent me a copy of how she had been doing her processes and after consulting with her, I came up with the below documents.

Deliverables:

A new invoicing template that is still consistent with her branding but still intuitive to use Client database that will be automatically populated onto the invoice

Results:

I created an invoice template for her on Excel with the following features:
Drop down lists for invoice items that change the rate of the item to the item that has been picked
Client details will automatically change with the client she picks
Automatically calculating total for accounting purposes
