Created a centralized SOP library in Notion to document core processes such as onboarding, recurring meetings, content delivery, and task handoffs. Each SOP followed a standardized format — with clear ownership, embedded checklists, and linked resources — enabling self-serve execution and minimizing confusion.
To streamline task management, connected Trello with Zapier to automatically trigger task cards based on events like due dates, form submissions, or project milestones. This eliminated the need for manual follow-ups and ensured recurring workflows stayed on track.
A visual process map was created in Canva to guide teammates through the system, making it easier to understand and adopt without additional onboarding.
