Background

Eyram, a friend of mine, was excited to apply for a job that perfectly matched her past experience and university studies, which she found advertised on LinkedIn. Eagerly, she clicked through to Schlumberger’s job platform, ready to seize the opportunity. However, after registering and beginning the online application, she quickly became overwhelmed by the confusing process. Frustrated and unable to complete the application, she shared her experience with me. This conversation sparked my decision to take on the platform as a case study, aiming to identify and solve the pain points Eyram encountered.
