Bath & Body is a famous marketplace in the USA. It presents various brands and its own product line. This is a site in which I completely changed the concept at the request of the client and this is the result.

The new path of this project began completely from scratch. Since we changed everything completely and it was necessary to correct all the errors that were in the previous version of this marketplace.

A lot of research was done. Analysis of direct and indirect competitors for a clear demonstration for the client and choice of style that will lead to increased marketplace conversion.

The UX system on this site was completely changed, since clients took a survey that it was quite difficult for them to use the site, and as a result, all comments were corrected. Made easy for the concept of product cards to filter and sort products.

When working on the product page, I added more detailed product descriptions, customer reviews and also recommended products. The UX part on this page has also been worked out to make it easy to add a product to your cart or make a one-click purchase.

One of the very important details of marketplaces is the shopping cart; few people focus on it during development. This is a very important part to easily order a product or add more items to your cart. These can be products from the popular category or those that were viewed while traveling through this marketplace.

Checkout is done in 3 stages in order not to distract or scare away the client with a large number of lines that need to be filled in about their data or delivery address and choosing a payment method. Therefore, I made the choice to divide this into stages and make visually fewer fields to fill out, and also on the right there is always a basket with our products so that at any time you can be sure of your choice.
