CustomerFirst is the name of a major enterprise ecommerce platform built by a large multidisciplinary team from the ground up—both web and native app.

As an early adopter of the project, I spearheaded competitor analyses that shaped our strategic direction. Collaborating in a large team, my responsibilities spanned research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, documentation, user testing, and maintaining a robust design system.
