My Role

As a seasoned Product Manager, I successfully led a transformative project at FRIMI fintech startup, overseeing a crucial phase of customer experience features. With a 7-month contract from March 2021 to September 2021, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Achievements & Metrics

1. Improved Front-End User Experience: I developed a comprehensive product roadmap aimed at enhancing the front-end user experience. By implementing strategic changes, including intuitive design updates and optimized click-through rates, we achieved a remarkable 24% improvement in user engagement and navigation.
2. Enhanced Back-End Operational Performance: Addressing operational efficiency was a top priority. Through careful analysis and collaboration with development teams, we optimized back-end processes, resulting in a 20% increase in overall operational efficiency and smoother system performance.
3. Revenue Growth through Online Payment Streamlining: One of the project highlights was the successful implementation of a series of features to streamline online payments within the product. This initiative led to a significant achievement of converting 11% of the company's revenue to be paid through credit cards, contributing to enhanced financial stability and operational growth.
4. Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Throughout the project, I facilitated prioritization discussions with peer stakeholders and executive groups across all Lines of Business. By fostering open communication and aligning objectives, we ensured that all stakeholders were engaged, resulting in streamlined decision-making and successful project outcomes.
