- Responsible for identifying customers' transportation and logistics needs and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs
- Responsible for maintaining and managing existing business relationships, as well as identifying sales opportunities and continuous improvement of the services offered by the company.
- Worked closely with operations teams to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and to ensure high-quality service delivery
