Swap AI: Designing an AI-Driven DEX Experience

Project Overview Client Name: SWAP AI Industry: DeFi / AI-Powered Crypto Tools Objective: Develop a futuristic, AI-focused interface for SWAP AI—a conversational trading platform enabling users to trade, snipe, and manage their portfolios through natural language prompts. Scope: UI/UX direction, Web Development, Sticker ideation/animation, Motion graphics & animation Duration: 4 Weeks

The Challenge SWAP AI needed a sleek, high-impact landing experience that could:

Visually introduce its groundbreaking AI-driven swap assistant

Educate users on advanced snipe and portfolio actions using natural language

Convey trust and innovation in a fast-moving, meme-rich ecosystem

The Solution Design:

Futuristic, minimal layout with bold visuals and intuitive structure

Playful motion graphics and animated stickers + brand Mascot to bring the Swap AI personality to life

Clear hierarchy for showcasing features like MEV protection, GPT-enhanced queries, and custom gas/sniping configurations

Built in Framer for smooth, reactive animations and rapid prototyping

Integrated strategic CTAs to drive user action across devices

Optimized for Web3-native users while remaining accessible to newcomers

Natural language trade commands (e.g., “Snipe 0.2 ETH of PEPE using 30 gwei and 10% slippage”)

AI wallet management: bundle and sell dust tokens in one click

GPT-powered browsing for real-time blockchain insights

Sticker and character animations to boost engagement and brand personality

We also created a motion graphic video to highlight the core features of the dApp—showcasing real-time sniping, AI commands, and portfolio automation in action. Additionally, we designed a logo intro animation to reinforce brand presence and bring Swap AI’s identity to life with a sleek, futuristic touch.

To strengthen the brand personality, we developed an official mascot and a full sticker pack, from initial ideation to final animation—designed to make the experience more fun, relatable, and community-driven.
