💡 Insights: I enjoy being the go-to editor in a pinch for specific clients. This client, for example, is great to work with and frequently calls on me to edit notes to the community, engagement stories of her customers, or anything that needs "wordsmithing." This time around, she wanted me to scan her entire website for copy bugs and language kinks. I successfully refreshed the Kinn website copy for their Kinn 2.0 relaunch in August 2021.
