Ateiler Museum — Exhibition Web Interface

Ateiler Museum is a web interface concept for a contemporary art institution. The project explores how a museum's digital presence can feel as curated and immersive as the physical exhibition space, while keeping practical visitor information accessible.

Museum websites sit at the intersection of cultural storytelling and practical utility. Visitors need exhibition details, hours, and ticketing, but the experience should also reflect the institution's artistic identity. The challenge was designing something that feels editorial and immersive without burying functional content.

Gallery-inspired visual rhythm. Large imagery and generous whitespace create a browsing experience that mirrors walking through exhibition rooms. Each section feels like a curated moment.

Exhibition-first content hierarchy. Current and upcoming exhibitions are the primary content. Visitor information, hours, and location are always accessible but never compete with the art.

Dark and light mode contrast. Strategic use of dark backgrounds for exhibition showcases and light backgrounds for informational sections creates natural visual separation between content types.

A museum web experience that treats digital presence as an extension of the exhibition space. The design balances cultural storytelling with practical visitor UX, creating an interface that feels both artistically curated and functionally clear.
