The 100+ SurveyMonkey marketing team had used Asana for years and was well-versed in its functionality. So when the company decided to transition to JIRA, it became a significant undertaking. Led by Tim Gonzalez and Aimee powers, the migration initiative involved process evaluation, system optimization, and team coaching.
Once the initial system was up and running, Harleta played a key role in migrating, collaborating with stakeholders to identify gaps, develop solutions, and implement improvements to the creative team board, as well as coaching the team under Tim’s guidance.
Actions included creating an efficient filtering system, hosting office hours, and consistently promoting the benefits of JIRA. These efforts led to more than 75% of the creative team successfully adopting JIRA as their new project management tool by the end of the year.
