Women Who Create is a non-profit organization, that offers mentorship, runs events, and a grant program for women of color in the creative industry.

So far, I have written 7+ articles for Women Who Create on career-related topics such as mentorship, burnout, networking, and so much more! Aside from putting life back into the blog, we launched Charisa, a digital mentorship matchmaking web app to help connect a mentor with mentees in the advertising, fashion, tech, and music industries.

I create content for Women Who Create Instagram page, a video series called "Norhan's Corner" a series of videos in which we give nuggets of wisdom to help others make the most out of their career.
