As part of a team, I designed and implemented new features for a web-based employee benefits management application using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS. The application provided employees with a frontend to access their benefits and allowed administrators, companies, and suppliers to manage the benefits through a CRM. My role in the project was to design new features using Figma and then implement them using React and Next.js.
