To achieve this, we carefully translated IF Studio’s grand Manhattan and Miami case studies into clean, highly engaging social media formats. We treated the brand’s identity with absolute care, adopting a strict, high-end minimalism filled with clean space, elegant magazine typography, and precise grids that highlight architectural details. The ad layouts debunk standard real estate myths using a clear headline and CTA formula, all perfectly tailored to LinkedIn and Meta safe zones. The final pack features two dynamic video assets and an impactful static ad, beautifully connecting hard business numbers with the aesthetics of quiet luxury to prove that emotional branding is what truly drives premium real estate value.
