Primary project lead for a team of 52 specialist to deliver the clients largest marketing campaign to date. Tackling resourcing, work assignments, people management, processes and onboarding - the campaign resulted in exceptional sign-ups for the clients subscription service.
Working with design and edit resources to deliver TV trailers, digital AV and statics, audio spots, OOH including trams, billboards, meshes and murals, as well as DOOH, local digital HTML banners, and special formats.
The value of the campaign was £800k, and I led the client relationship, navigating change requests and communicating impacts to senior stakeholders for changes that were post-briefing.
