I have led multiple 360 campaigns for Sky's streaming service in Europe, working with teams of over 50 people to deliver 10,000+ assets over a 12 week period. I developed the project process and onboarding documentations for these campaigns, I am responsible for resourcing, budgeting, stakeholder relations, timely delivery, issue resolution, and ultimately for the project success.
