CasePath: AI Case Summaries for Child Welfare Agencies

CasePath is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for child welfare and family services agencies. I designed the platform and built its core feature in Python and FastAPI: an AI engine that turns visit notes and case records into clear summaries, with linked sources so caseworkers can check every line before they sign off. Supervisors get live dashboards on caseload, overdue items and risk. Tenant data isolation, role-based access and a full audit trail keep it compliant. Results: 90% less documentation time, 83% faster supervisor decisions and 20% more caseload capacity with no new hires.
