Local Marketplace: Multi-Vendor MVP Built from Scratch

Overview
Local businesses needed one place to sell online without building their own stores. We built a multi-vendor marketplace from scratch with three apps on one codebase. Sellers list and manage products in their own portal, customers browse and order from a shared storefront, and an admin panel manages sellers, catalog and orders. Both sides of the marketplace were live on day one, on an architecture that can grow into a full SaaS product without a rebuild.
