I'm a Shift Lead and Social Media Coordinator for a local food + juice restaurant, and I wear many hats which include: building and managing a content calendar while creating, editing, and publishing organic and paid content according to brand’s mission, customer persona, trends, and analytics; supporting the staff, especially the store manager and upper management; and leading the team through mentorship, training, and delegation. All of these duties require that I maintain high levels of organization, interpersonal skills, customer service standards, and attention to detail. Since this is a fast-paced environment and priorities can change at a moment’s notice, I’ve developed a strong level of flexibility. I work well under pressure while delivering quality work, often prior to the deadline.
