In 2018, I lead a new program that was opening: API.
The goal was to develop a brand new offer for our client’s around API.
- Lead 2 teams of developers (one building the developer portal, the other building the API gateway)
- Synchronize every team working on external API (7 team in total)
- Implement the OpenAPI specification in the R&D organization
- Build & validate the product & technical roadmap
- Organize a SWAT team (composed of Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, R&D & Product)
- Launch a brand new developer portal with best-in-class developer experience
