This project focused on designing an intuitive and efficient e-SIM travel website that caters to athletes, visitors, and staff. The website provides detailed e-SIM plan information, an easy sign-up process, and comprehensive support services. Designed with Gen Z users in mind, the site features a bright and colorful aesthetic and is fully optimized for both desktop and mobile to ensure accessibility for all users.
A unique aspect of this project was the integration of an AI Concierge—a bot that provides personalized recommendations on places to visit in Paris, enhancing the overall user experience.

Step 1: Wireframes Creation

To establish a solid foundation, I created detailed wireframes outlining the website’s structure, user flow, and key touchpoints. Given the target audience's need for quick access to e-SIM options and support, I focused on:
A clear, logical layout that minimizes friction.
Straightforward navigation to essential pages such as "How It Works" and "Our Offers."
A dedicated AI Concierge section to showcase the recommendation feature effectively.
The wireframes ensured that all crucial interactions were mapped out before moving into the visual design phase.

Step 2: UI Options Creation & Review

To align the design with the brand’s vision and Gen Z aesthetic, I developed two distinct UI options and presented them to the client for review:
Option 1: A vibrant, bright design with bold typography and dynamic visuals.
Option 2: A sleek, minimalist approach with a soft color palette and futuristic UI elements.
Each option balanced modern aesthetics with functionality, allowing the client to choose a direction that best fit their vision. After review, the client selected a style that blended both approaches, incorporating bold elements with a clean, intuitive interface.

Step 3: Full Website Design

With the chosen design direction, I moved forward with the full website design. The Home Page was crafted to capture attention immediately, with a striking hero section that clearly showcased the e-SIM benefits, offering an engaging and visually compelling introduction to the platform. Clear calls-to-action (CTAs) encouraged users to explore further, sign up, or learn more about the services provided.
The How It Works Page presented a step-by-step guide that clearly explained the process of setting up and using an e-SIM. This page was designed to simplify the information and make it easy to understand, with visual elements like icons and illustrations enhancing the readability of the content.
On the Our Offers Page, I focused on displaying the e-SIM plans in a well-organized layout, making it easy for users to compare different options.
The Compatibility Page was designed to provide users with quick access to information about which devices were supported by the e-SIM service.
The AI Concierge Page integrated the personalized recommendation feature of the website. This page allowed users to interact with an AI-powered chatbot that suggested personalized places to visit in Paris. The goal was to enhance the user experience by offering tailored recommendations based on the user's preferences, making the platform more engaging and useful for travelers.

Step 4: Mobile Version Design

Given the target audience of Gen Z, who are heavy mobile users, the entire website was fully optimized for mobile devices. I made sure the design was responsive, meaning it adjusted seamlessly to different screen sizes, whether viewed on smartphones, tablets, or desktops.
On mobile, I ensured larger, touch-friendly buttons were used, and all text sizes and image placements were optimized for readability on smaller screens. The layout was designed to keep the user experience smooth and intuitive, with quick access to essential features like the sign-up form, e-SIM plans, and the AI Concierge.

Final Outcome

The result was a visually appealing, modern website that provided a seamless and engaging experience across desktop and mobile devices. The AI Concierge feature added an extra layer of personalization, offering users curated recommendations for exploring Paris. This helped differentiate the website from other e-SIM service providers. With its sleek design and intuitive layout, the website was designed to engage the target Gen Z audience while ensuring the platform was easy to navigate and accessible on all devices.
