Cloudflare-native admin template: Payload CMS v3 + Next.js

An open-source (MIT License) starter kit for back-office portals and internal tools on Cloudflare Workers. It pairs Payload CMS (Content Management System) v3 with Next.js, deployed through the OpenNext Cloudflare adapter, and uses Cloudflare's own SQLite database and object storage services. It ships with Users and Media collections, database migrations, unit, integration and Playwright end-to-end tests, and a Deploy to Cloudflare button. The README notes it needs the Workers Paid plan.
