Prishtina’s public transport system was restructured to provide the city with a modern, reliable, and citizen-focused service. To reflect this transformation, a new brand identity was created under the name TRIP – Transporti i Ri i Prishtinës. The goal was to design a visual system that communicates trust, accessibility, and modernity, while unifying the look and feel of buses, stations, and communication materials across the city.

TRIP is the new face of public transport in Prishtina. A fresh identity built to reflect the city’s evolving needs for cleaner, smarter, and more reliable mobility.
As Prishtina modernizes its bus network, TRIP serves as a visual and strategic foundation for that transformation. The name is short, memorable, and internationally resonant, while still feeling local and accessible. The brand speaks to movement, clarity, and everyday simplicity, all essential for a functional and inclusive transport system.

The Challenge

The challenge for TRIP is to create a modern, clean, and inclusive public transport system that empowers Prishtina to move better, with ease, dignity, and care for the environment.
To deliver a cleaner, smarter, and more connected transport service for the people of Prishtina, making everyday movement simpler, more reliable, and more enjoyable.

The Solution

The solution was a comprehensive brand identity rooted in simplicity, clarity, and adaptability. The TRIP logo was crafted as a strong, geometric wordmark that could stand out at any scale. The visual language was designed to work seamlessly across multiple touchpoints — from large-scale signage and bus exteriors to mobile apps and digital feeds. A consistent tone of communication was developed to guide passengers clearly and inclusively, ensuring that the brand felt both official and approachable.

The Result

The final identity transformed Prishtina’s public transport into a recognizable, trustworthy, and people-friendly service. It created a cohesive system that improved wayfinding, strengthened communication, and brought a sense of pride to the city. By combining bold design with practical functionality, TRIP now represents not just a transport service, but a cultural shift toward a more connected and accessible urban life in Prishtina.
