Automated VIP Registration System for Event Management

A sponsor at a premium event almost walked away over one mistake, their VIP guest got checked in like a standard walk-in because the team had no reliable way to catch who was VIP among hundreds of manual registrations.

In this video, I walk through the automation I built to fix that. It checks guest age and email validity, cleans up inconsistent data like capitalized emails, blocks duplicate registrations before they clutter the guest list, and automatically tiers VIP and VVIP guests so the team always knows who's arriving and how to treat them, before they even reach the door.

This is the kind of system I build for founders and small teams who are still running operations manually. If your registration, intake or onboarding process needs this, book a free 30 minute discovery call using the link below.
