Background: *Cant Disclose Company Name*, a budding tree service company in North Texas, launched its website with no traffic or marketing initiatives. In 2020, they partnered with me, aiming to boost visibility and establish themselves as industry leaders in the highly competitive tree service sector in North Texas.
Objective: To enhance visibility across seven North Texas locations (Dallas, Denton, Southlake, Westlake, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, and Argyle) by increasing keyword rankings, organic traffic, and ultimately maximizing sales. They also aimed to rise above their competitors in the market.

Created location-specific SEO landing pages for each service.
Deployed extensive content marketing strategies, publishing up to 40 informative blogs monthly.
Utilized an open-budget approach for PPC, capturing high-quality leads.

Results:

Traffic Growth:

Start of 2020: began with a mere 500 organic users at the onset of the year.
End of 2020: Traffic surged to 3,449 organic users, marking a 590% increase within the year.
2021: 45,787 organic users, indicating a 1,228% increase YoY.
2022: Over 75,000+ organic users, reflecting a 65% increase YoY.

Goal Conversions:

2020: 100 conversions.
2021: 573 conversions, a 473% increase YoY.
2022: Over 1,500 organic conversions, signifying a 162% rise YoY. When combined with PPC, a total of 6,380 conversions were achieved, marking a 1,014% growth from the prior year.

Keyword Rankings:

2020: 864 keywords ranked with 16 in the top 1-3 positions.
2021: 4,200 keywords ranked with 64 in the top 1-3 spots, a growth of 386% in total keyword rankings YoY.
2022: 23,075 keywords ranked with 888 in top 1-3 positions, a 450% YoY growth in total keyword rankings.

Revenue:

Achieved a revenue target of over $4 million in 2022, up from a projection of $2-2.5 million in 2021.
