1. Scope of Work
The Freelancer agrees to provide the following services ("Services"):

6. Ownership of Work Product

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of 14 days. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
