Operator OS: persistent context for AI-assisted work

An AI assistant needs more than a prompt to work inside a business. It needs the current facts, the decisions already made and clear limits on what it can do.
I designed and operate Kratos OS around that idea: a repository of business context, reusable workflows and executable checks. The system keeps authoritative facts separate from drafts, records decisions and corrections, and uses human approval for external actions.
Operator OS packages that machinery as a public template with fictional example data. It supports AI coding agents through a shared operating contract and generated instruction adapters.
This is a system I use in my own business and have packaged for others to inspect. The public template is engineering proof; I have not established external adoption or measured customer ROI.
Explore the repository to see the architecture, setup and controls.
Illustrated example: an assistant uses your client notes, decisions and open tasks to help you pick up where you left off.
