TILA Studios is a visual arts incubator headquartered in Atlanta, GA that empowers Black women artists. I served as the executive assistant to the founder providing administrative support and client liaison services for the organization on behalf of the executive director. 

Edit and prepare materials and resources to distribute for top clients and mentors including Sweetgreen, BET, Combs Enterprise, Dunwoody City Council, etc. 

Create internal systems, manage processes, and implement  necessary pivots  to ensure effective and efficient workflow of TILA founder using Google Calendar System, Notion, Calendly, and Quickbooks

Supported purchasing process of travel, accommodations, and miscellaneous company expenses, contributing to cost savings through procurement practices

Managed company-wide meeting scheduling for founder, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings resulting in  20% reduction in scheduling conflicts
