As the lead designer on this referral web app project, I had the opportunity to dive deep into creating a user-friendly experience that was both visually appealing and accessible to all. From the very beginning, I conducted thorough user research to understand our target audience's needs and preferences. This helped me make informed design decisions that ensured the app was intuitive and easy to navigate.

I focused on maintaining accessibility throughout the design process, ensuring that the app could be used by people with disabilities. This included incorporating features like proper color contrast, keyboard navigation, and alternative text for images. Usability was another key priority, and I conducted usability testing to identify any potential pain points and make necessary improvements.
