Overview

Elidis is a Bulgarian manufacturer of PVC and aluminum systems with over 25 years of experience. As both the company’s manager and UX/Product Designer, I led a complete redesign of its website — from strategy and research to design, testing, and launch.
The goal was to modernize the brand’s digital presence, improve usability, and drive more qualified leads through a clear and scalable structure.

Process

I began with stakeholder interviews and a UX audit to understand both business and user needs. Competitor analysis and persona mapping helped me identify key pain points: unclear product hierarchy, missing visuals, and poor mobile experience.
From there, I restructured the site’s information architecture and designed a clean, product-focused interface supported by real project galleries, testimonials, and branch information.
Using Figma, I built responsive prototypes and ran quick usability tests to refine navigation, labels, and calls-to-action before finalizing the visual design system and handing it off for development.

Results

After launch, the new site significantly improved engagement and conversions:
Feedback from clients and partners was overwhelmingly positive — users found it easier to explore products and contact local branches, while the sales team reported higher-quality leads.

Takeaways

This project reinforced the impact of aligning business goals with user-centered design. By combining a clear structure, visual storytelling, and technical scalability, the new Elidis website now better reflects the company’s quality and reliability — and serves as a foundation for future digital growth.
