Served as QA Manager on Thomson Reuters' tax and accounting platform, combining hands-on testing on my own project area with cross-team leadership across 11 Scrum teams.

Hired and interviewed QA engineers, managed retention and team health
Resolved conflicts within and between teams
Coordinated with the Automation Lead on test coverage and tooling decisions
Worked directly with the Delivery Manager to flag risks, discuss blockers, and align priorities
Supported and maintained the overall test strategy across the program
Continued hands-on testing on my own area of the product alongside management responsibilities
