Airbnb Density in CA’s Three Largest Cities

As part of my Flow Designer Certification, I was tasked with sourcing data for and creating a Flow as a final project to demonstrate mastery of the program.

To achieve this, I focused on the story of Airbnb's foundation and briefly highlighted how its massive growth could impact the housing market moving forward. For example, each of the dots contained in the image above represents a listing on Airbnb in Los Angeles, CA.

Following my presentation, the founders/creators of the program were impressed with the application of data on maps, the smooth transition between steps, and the thoughtful use of color selection to tell an engaging and cohesive story and granted me the title of Certified Flow Designer.
