Successfully refactored the iOS and Android application with React Native and created a framework with the Design team with the goal of improving the UX and rating of the app from a 2.5 stars experience to 4.9+ stars.

Organised, developed and envisioned architecture for new systems through a coordinated company effort of creating a design system to improve the velocity of the development teams. Establishing a successful work pattern with a standard language between designers and developers.

Improved the web performance and search ranking stats, resulting in over 150% more mobile device impressions in a daily basis. Took the lead on the feature development of different delivery speed experiments that ended up as a core product increasing the GMV between 10-25% year-over-year.

Collaborated with my team creating new flows that allowed talent to promote themselves which achieved a ~55% increase in overall booked orders and a ~20% in orders booked for the same talents that used the feature year-over-year.

Taught and organised the teams to think and develop through using a Test Driven methodology.
