Main Logistics Planner for Hotels and Ancillary Events
Coordinated with each hotel on the meeting space logistics for an average of 2,000 for each DII Festival Championship. Handling Breakfast, Lounge, Team Meetings, Sport Meetings, Offices, and any other needs during this week long event.
Main planning contact for all ancillary events in conjunction with the DII Festival Championship consisting of their Opening Ceremonies, VIP Reception, and Closing Ceremonies. Worked with all different types of venues like Convention Centers, Top Golf, a Museum, a Theater, and a Professional Football Stadium.
