Some of the most rewarding projects aren't built from scratch. They're solved through debugging, optimization, and understanding exactly how an interaction should feel.
For this client project, I was brought in to resolve a series of complex GSAP animation and scrolling issues across an interactive landing page. Rather than applying quick fixes, I rebuilt key sections to deliver the smooth experience the designer originally envisioned.

Hero Section

The original scroll-driven video suffered from lag and frame skipping. Instead of relying on video playback, I converted it into an image sequence rendered on the HTML Canvas API with JavaScript, resulting in smooth, frame-perfect scrolling synchronized with the user's movement.

Horizontal Scroll Section

I rebuilt the horizontal scrolling behavior, resolved ScrollTrigger conflicts, eliminated jumpy transitions, and ensured the section flowed naturally back into vertical scrolling.

Research Tools Section

I developed a sticky scrolling experience where content transitions seamlessly as users scroll, with text fading in and out at the right moments while maintaining a clean, readable layout.
What made this project especially enjoyable was collaborating with a designer who cared deeply about every interaction. Solving technical challenges is one thing, but helping bring someone's vision to life is what makes projects like this memorable.
A huge thank you to Tal for trusting me with this project and for the incredible feedback and video testimonial. It truly means a lot.

Improved performance and UX by replacing a laggy hero video with a Canvas image sequence and rebuilding complex GSAP scroll animations.
