Drug Detail - Website Redesign

The drug detail website is an initiative by Suvarna Technosoft. It is one of India's top Health Tech Management Software Providers. They had data of over 250,000 drugs that they had collected over time to support one hospital management softwares. Drug Detail was started to present that data to patients and doctors who aren't part of their ecosystem.

Despite its vast data, the platform struggled to gain traction. Our challenge was to redesign the UX, making the software intuitive, visually engaging, and effortless to use.

Before the redesign, the platform was difficult to navigate disorganized layouts, dense content, and a lack of visual hierarchy, making it hard for users to find and understand critical drug information. Key features like interaction alerts and substitutes were hidden, and the search experience was slow and unstructured, leading to low engagement and frequent user drop-off.  After the redesign, Drug Detail became a streamlined and user-friendly platform. Drug data is now easier to search, read, and act on. Pages are clearly structured, key features are more discoverable, and content is organized for faster decision-making. The improved experience not only enhanced user confidence and satisfaction but also made the platform more scalable, reducing reliance on external support and enabling broader adoption across healthcare teams.
