Balancing education and inspiration: The site had to feel both credible (as an education provider) and energetic (as a youth-driven brand).

Complex content structure: Multiple content types — Bootcamps, Career Paths, Events, Mentors, and Blogs — required a dynamic CMS setup.

Advanced interaction design: The original Figma design featured micro-animations and parallax effects that needed to translate seamlessly into Webflow without compromising performance.

Design Audit: Simplified complex animations for performance while retaining motion depth. Unified typographic and spacing scales to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Webflow Development: Built from scratch using a custom BEM-style class system for maintainability. Automated SEO and social metadata via Webflow CMS and Open Graph settings.

Responsive Design & Animation: Implemented a fluid grid layout across 5 breakpoints (desktop → mobile portrait). Used Lottie animations and native Webflow Interactions for smooth scroll and hover transitions.

Completed on schedule with a 92/100 PageSpeed (desktop) score.
