Complex Service Architecture – M2Z offers a wide range of services, from DNA testing and drug screenings to notary, mobile phlebotomy, and DOT Consortium services. Presenting these without overwhelming users was a core challenge.

Content Overload – The client had extensive information for each service, and the risk of clutter or confusion was high. Structuring this content for clarity and scannability became a top priority.

User Trust & Conversion – The brand operates in a sensitive space involving medical and legal testing. Establishing credibility and making it easy for users to book appointments required thoughtful UX decisions and trust-building elements.

Design Consistency – With multiple services targeting different user needs, maintaining a unified brand experience across pages, while still allowing for service-specific content needed a cms, flexible design system.

UX and UI Design I led the entire user experience and interface design process. This included planning the layout, crafting the visual identity, and ensuring every section guided users toward taking action. From the homepage to the service pages, my goal was clarity and trust.

Content Strategy I collaborated closely with the client to organize their extensive service offerings. Each service needed to be clearly defined, so I helped structure the content into reusable blocks that could scale across the site and remain easy to navigate.

CMS Architecture in Framer To manage the many services and legal pages, I created a well-structured content management system. This allowed the client to update individual service pages with ease and maintain consistency across related sections.

Development in Framer I built the full site in Framer, using interactive components, scroll effects, and responsive layouts. Every page was tested across devices to ensure accessibility, smooth performance, and a modern feel.

Discovery and Planning I started with a full discovery session to understand M2Z Labs' goals, service categories, and operational flow. I mapped out key pages, prioritized what users needed most, and defined a visual and functional direction for the new site.

Content Structuring and CMS Setup Given the variety and volume of services, I used Framer’s CMS to build scalable service categories. Each service included its own title, subtitle, description, and detailed body. I created separate index and detail pages for core offerings like DNA testing and DOT consortium programs to ensure clarity and depth.

Wireframing and UX Flow I designed wireframes for key pages, simplifying user journeys. Important tasks like booking, learning about services, and requesting contact were made accessible within just a few clicks. I also included service forms, CTA banners, and FAQs at strategic points.

UI Design and Visual Direction The UI combines clean typography, calm brand colors, and professional photography to reinforce trust. Icons, banners, and interactive cards were used to keep the experience modern and engaging without overwhelming users.

Framer Development I built every page inside Framer, leveraging components for reuse and CMS connections for efficiency. Animations, responsive behavior, and form logic were implemented natively, making the final site smooth, mobile-ready, and easy to manage.

Improved Clarity and Navigation Visitors can now easily find and understand the full range of M2Z Labs’ services. Clear service categories, detailed pages, and intuitive navigation make the experience seamless for both individuals and businesses.

Professional and Trustworthy Look The visual design positions M2Z Labs as a reliable and modern medical service provider. From the homepage to booking forms, every element reinforces confidence and professionalism.

Conversion-Ready Experience With strategic CTAs, streamlined forms, and a clearly outlined booking process, the site is designed to turn visitors into clients. Key conversion points were made accessible across the site without feeling pushy.

Efficient Content Management Thanks to CMS structuring in Framer, updates to services, blog posts, FAQs, and home test kits can be handled easily by the team. This ensures the site stays fresh and scalable as offerings grow.
