🚧 Project: Website Design for Virtus Infrastructure šŸŒ Industry: Construction & Infrastructure (Australia) šŸ› ļø Tools Used: Figma, Adobe Illustrator
For this project, I partnered with Virtus Infrastructure, a leading Australian construction firm known for major tunnel and infrastructure developments. Their goal was clear: to establish a strong, credible digital identity that reflects their technical capabilities and industry reputation. I was responsible for the complete UX/UI strategy and design of their new 6-page website.
My process began with a deep dive into their brand positioning, competitors, and audience segments primarily stakeholders in government contracts and civil development. I translated those insights into a visual direction that balances professionalism with approachability.
Each page was carefully planned to guide users through their story:
Homepage: Bold headlines + aerial visuals to immediately establish scale and trust.
Projects page: Dynamic, filterable case studies highlighting key metrics and results.
Services: Clean, modular layout to simplify complex offerings.
About, Careers & Contact pages focused on credibility and conversions.
Designed entirely in Figma, the site features a responsive grid system, modern typography, and custom UI components for a seamless developer handoff. I also documented design specifications and worked with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution across breakpoints.
šŸŽÆ Results:
Increased stakeholder engagement through a clearer content structure.
Improved user flow and reduced bounce rate on mobile.
Helped Virtus position themselves for larger government contracts through a polished online presence.
This project reflects my strength in combining strategic UX thinking with high-impact visuals turning legacy brands into digital leaders.
