Objective: Led a cross-functional team of five in a high-pressure hackathon environment to develop a technological solution to address societal issues. The challenge was to conceive, design, and present a viable solution within a tight 72-hour timeframe.

Concept: Recognizing the pervasive issue of biases in various aspects of society, I pitched the idea of "Skillblind" Our mission was to create an innovative solution that could contribute to reducing and eventually eliminating biases, fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment.

Collaborated with team members to brainstorm, research and synthesize data through user interviews and navigating analytics.

Drafted a comprehensive project specification outlining the technical requirements and features for Skillbind.

Orchestrated the team in developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate the core functionality of the solution.

Created a persuasive pitch that effectively communicated the problem, our solution, and its potential impact.

Outcome: Out of 40 competing teams, our project, Bias Buster, secured the first-place position. The panel of judges recognized the innovation, feasibility, and societal impact of our solution. This success underscored our ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines while delivering a cutting-edge solution.
