Problem

German phone repair stores were facing operational challenges. Tracking and managing customer requests, handling repair orders, monitoring sales, and overseeing transactions were cumbersome tasks.
Without a centralised platform, stores struggled with workflow efficiency and providing real-time data insights to their teams.

Solution

We developed "Matrix", a comprehensive SAAS platform tailored to German phone repair stores.
The intuitive dashboard, designed using Next.js, offered a holistic view of the store's daily operations, from incoming repair requests to sales tracking. Integrated widgets showcased real-time data, such as daily income, repair orders, and new customers.
The backend, powered by NestJS, ensured robust application development. Deployment on AWS + Vercel guaranteed consistent uptime, making sure stores could access Matrix anytime, anywhere.

Matrix is challenging the way phone repair stores in Germany operate. It centralised various business components into a singular platform, increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
