Lenovo Regional Channel Management Web Application

In Southeast Asia, Lenovo found that managing sales data from various regions was cumbersome. Without a centralised platform, they struggled to get a holistic and real-time view of their sales performance. This lack of visibility made it challenging to derive insights, plan strategically, and make informed decisions.

We designed a robust regional dashboard exclusively for Lenovo's Southeast operations. The front end was crafted using Vue.js, providing a sleek and user-friendly interface. We integrated Tableau to offer dynamic data visualization, enabling Lenovo to interpret complex sales data effortlessly. The backend, developed using Node.js, ensured seamless data processing and fast response times. AWS cloud infrastructure provided scalable hosting, ensuring consistent performance even during peak load times. With JavaScript + JSDoc, we fortified the codebase, promoting maintainability and scalability.

Lenovo's Southeast division now had a powerful tool that amalgamated sales data from various regions, allowing for real-time tracking. They could easily pinpoint trends, address bottlenecks, and celebrate successes. With this centralized dashboard, Lenovo significantly reduced decision-making time and improved sales strategies by leveraging data-driven insights.
