Cultivate is a one night only annual conference to spark a value revolution in women all over the world. Cultivate has a annual reach of over 15,000 girls globally with an event night in Dallas, Guatemala, and online. 12 female department leads work together to put on a night to remember where women walk away feeling celebrated, renewed, encouraged, and in community.

Cultivate Conference was birthed by the girls x for the girls. In a world full of things vying for our attention and worth this is a gathering of girls to be reminded in every possible detail that beauty and love are chasing after them. Krystal was knighted to assist the founder and creator of the conference because of her loyalty, commitment, work ethic, under of function and feel. The creator and client felt a sense of responsibility to all the girls in attendance to to have clarity, consistency, and community from the birth of the event to celebrating in post and trusted Krystal to execute such alongside them accordingly.

Timeline: Every year the conference planning begins 11 months prior to the event date. Deliverables: • Venue sourcing • External communication | marketing, invitations, ticketing • Event Execution | rallying volunteers, managing staff, decor implementation, guest experience plan, logistic planning, responding to communication on their behalf, etc.
I couldn't have imagined that this night would be as magical and impactful as it was. I will never miss a conference for the rest of time.
