In this project, the client faced the challenge of receiving multiple files from various sources via email. They required a solution to generate a database based on these files and automate the process of generating reports. To address this, I implemented the following steps:

-- Database Creation: I created a suitable database structure to store the data extracted from the files. This ensured efficient data management and retrieval.

-- Azure Functions for File Processing: Using Azure Functions, I developed a solution to process incoming files from email automatically. This involved extracting the relevant data from the files and storing it in the database.

-- Automated Report Generation: Leveraging the recorded data in the database, I designed and implemented an automated process to generate reports. These reports were scheduled to run at specified intervals.

-- Email Delivery of Reports: To enhance convenience for the client, I integrated an automated email functionality into the system. The generated reports were automatically sent to the customer's specified email addresses.

By implementing this solution, the client was able to streamline their workflow, eliminate manual data processing, and receive timely reports without any manual intervention.
