Project Overview: Rio’s concept is to eliminate friction in financial tasks by embedding transactional capabilities into a conversational interface. Users can send money, request payments, and handle basic finances through chat-style flows, combining familiar messaging patterns with financial tools.
Goal: Create a user experience that feels intuitive, trustworthy, and efficient. My aim was to reduce complexity in financial transactions by leveraging chat metaphors, clean visual cues, and clear feedback, making users feel confident using the app even for sensitive tasks.
Results:
A streamlined, modern interface that balances chat-based interactions with financial features.
Improved usability with clearer workflows and fewer steps for common tasks.
Visual design that builds trust via clean typography, appropriate color choices, and intuitive iconography.
