Success Partner Certification

Success Partners in Charter's Greensboro center are advance level or highly professionally inclined agents recognized by leadership and their peers as worthy of providing additional training and experience-based support for newly hired agents.

The training details are example slides from a presentation done during the Certification workshop to educate agents on the different types of communication styles and how they interact, using said styles to adequately coach/provide agent feedback, create action plans, and resume building tips for career advancement.
