Oncue is a fictional dev-tool startup: a platform for building, deploying, and observing AI agents. I designed and built its full conversion-focused landing page as case 001 of a concept series at my studio, behindyou.studio.

The brief I gave myself: a seed-stage team selling trust. Nobody buys "AI agents", they buy proof. So the hero isn't a screenshot, it's a run console: a refund request comes in, the agent plans, calls tools, gets auto-approved and resolves it in 3.4 seconds, fully traced.

A warm paper ground with a single ember accent instead of the usual dark-SaaS palette. Geist and Geist Mono carry the product voice, Instrument Serif italics add the human counterpoint. Monospace kickers and fig-numbers are borrowed from lab notebooks, because the product's whole promise is observability.

Fully coded, not just mocked: Next.js, Tailwind, Motion. Every animation on the page runs — the console streams, the process cues rotate, the eval meters fill.
