💬 Project Overview SkillHire is a mobile-application platform designed to help local professionals from plumbers and drivers to home tutors and housemaids gain visibility and connect with individuals or businesses that need their services. The goal is to bridge the gap between skilled workers and customers through a modern, accessible platform that values trust, transparency, and opportunity.

Built for communities and small businesses, SkillHire provides users with personal profiles, skill showcases, location-based search, and direct communication tools making it easier for people to discover verified talent nearby.

🛠️ My Role & Project Scope I handled the complete design and development of SkillHire's platform, focusing on accessibility, security, and simplicity for both users and service providers. My responsibilities included:

Designing a clean, responsive web interface for listing and discovering local talent.

Building an admin dashboard for verifying professionals and managing listings.

Integrating location-based search and filtering for easy service discovery.

Implementing secure authentication and profile management.

Structuring the backend for scalability and smooth data handling.
